Does Brolly capture edits and deletions?
Yes. Captured versions of posts and comments are retained with revision history, including available edit and deletion events from connected platform APIs.
How does Brolly support record integrity review?
Captured records include raw metadata, timestamps, integrity evidence and audit logs designed to support integrity and chain-of-custody review. Authorized teams and counsel determine whether a record meets the requirements of a particular request or proceeding.
What export formats are available?
PDF supports human-readable responses, CSV and JSON support data workflows, and HTML retains visual context. Available original media can be included with structured exports from saved searches.
Can we archive private messages?
Yes — direct messages to and from connected official accounts are captured with the same metadata and integrity protections as public content, where the platform API provides them.
We already have an archive with another provider. Can we bring it across?
Brolly does not currently import third-party archives. Capture through Brolly begins when supported accounts are connected, and historical content available directly from a platform varies by platform, account type, permission and API behaviour. Confirm what export and post-cancellation access your current provider supplies, and keep those records managed under your own program.
